We have many different social events during the year where we have fun and get to know each other. At some of these events we have Christian speakers tell us about Jesus, who He is, and what impact He has on us.
We want to grow in relationships with each other and with Christ. We want to have times with each other where we have fun and get to know everyone.
Join us during International Welcome Week (15th-19th Sept 08), especially if you're coming here in September! If you're an International student, or would like to know more about International work within the CU, please contact Dave.
International Welcome
At the beginning of the year the Christian Union helps to welcome International Students by:
Meeting you at the airport when you arrive
Taking you to your accommodation
Helping you find accommodation if you don't have any
We do our best to provide what we can for new students and for the University as a whole. Our aim in International Welcome is to represent Christ in the way we serve.
We look forward to seeing you in September, and do feel free to drop into the Tea Tent (outside the Union) in the evening where someone will be glad to get to know you!
