Prayer is a crucial part of CU's life at Newcastle. It needs to be the foundation of every event and meeting that we do. Prayer is such a powerful tool and we are so excited to think about what God is going to do in Newcastle this year, as we flood the campus in prayer.
There are two big opportunities to pray corporately for CU each week...
Monday Morning Prayer Breakfast
We start the week by praying for the work of CU together. We're so excited to have Café Bar 22 (formerly known as Barney's) opening for us early to serve breakfast and provide a relaxed place to pray and have a bite to eat before lectures.
We meet from 7.45 - 8.45 each Monday morning. Café Bar 22 is behind the Robinson Library (from Uni, head over the bridge and then turn left past the library. It's then half-way down on your left).
It would be great to see you there!
Friday Night Prayer
We also meet before the start of the Friday night meeting, at 7.00pm, in Claremont Tower L120 to pray for the meeting, and the work of CU in general.
This is a brief outline of the prayer life of UNCU, do get in touch with Hannah if you would like to know more!
